About me
Growing up in Hungary and later studying and living in Austria and Germany, I developed a deep fascination with travel and a passion for connecting with people from different cultures. Learning about diverse histories and traditions has always inspired me, shaping my approach to work and life.
Early in my career, I joined PwC’s International Mobility team, where I delved into the complexities of international assignments, working on tax, legal, and social security aspects. I thrived on the variety and challenges of this international field, especially the opportunity to collaborate with clients from all over the world.
Now, as an independent Global Mobility Consultant, my mission is to help international companies—whether they are building global mobility programs from scratch or refining existing ones. I specialize in designing tailored global mobility and workforce strategies that attract and retain top talent, streamline processes, manage costs effectively, and ensure compliance with local and global regulations.

As Head of International Careers, I introduced a flexible Long-Term Assignment policy aligned with evolving business needs. I designed and implemented global solutions for International Remote Work and Cross-border Employment. Additionally, I managed a Global Business Traveler project for worldwide compliance. and designed a project-based assignment solution.

As Head of HR International, I oversaw Global Mobility activities for the group, supporting market entry in new countries and managing international assignments, business travelers, and cross-border employment.

Most of my work is delivered remotely, with on-site support when needed. Always pragmatic. Always tailored.
